1. pre-construction
Book a call with us to go over your goals, plans, and timeline for construction. We will work with you to help you find a location, and create a floor plan.

2. Design
We work with you to design and create architect approved plans, and submit these plans to the local municipalities for permitting.

3. Construction
After the design is finalized, we begin the construction process. During construction you will receive daily updates about the progress of your project with pictures and an updated timeline.

4. Business planning/post construction
Our in-house veterinary practice owner/manager will work with you during the construction process to ensure you are ready to start accepting clients and treating patients on day one.

Upon starting a project with us, you will be given your own account in our online construction portal. This allows you to view daily updates about your clinic’s progress and see an updated schedule for completion.
Anytime one of our team members updates the schedule, takes daily progress notes, or uploads progress photos, you will be able to view it from your phone or computer.
You will be able to ask questions, view updates, and make payments from any location using our cloud-based software.
E-Signatures.
Construction requires paperwork, but with us, it is now all accessible online.
Sign contracts, addendums, and more all from your email.
We work hard to ensure all of these tools are straight forward, helpful, and easy to use.
